PolarWash Ozone Laundry Systems

PolarWash 150 & PolarWash 300 Using the same basic design as the original IndustrOzone prototype (still in operation every day in a commercial laundry eight years later), the PolarWash 150 and 300 tank systems are similar in concept to a hot water tank. In our case, a reservoir of cold water is kept at the programmable ozone level which is self controlled until the washer calls for a cold ozone fill. The system feeds off of existing cold water supply pressure, allowing the most efficient design.

PolarWash 16, PolarWash 32 & PolarWash 55 The PolarWash 16, 32 and 55 are tankless, pumpless designs delivering appropriate levels of dissolved ozonated water on demand at set water flow rates. Added benefits are no footprint requirements and ease of install – 110 volt, 20 amp plug and go. The set fill rate works great on washers up to 125 lbs. If fill rate is important, look to the Polarwash 150 or 300 on washers over 125 lbs.
